National Foods Limited is seeking a Senior Executive for Logistics & Procurement Operations. This full-time, on-site role will be responsible for managing the import and export operations, handling purchase orders across indirect categories such as IT hardware, software, and facilities management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics, procurement, financial analysis, and compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Import Financials and Analytics:

• Track the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payments.

• Maintain accurate records of all international transactions and shipments.

• Prepare reports on import activities, costs, and shipment performance.

• Provide analysis and suggest improvements in the import process to the line manager.

Export Financials and Analytics:

• Communicate with export customers/distributors regarding payments, Letters of Credit (LCs), and bank-related activities.

• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and shipments.

• Prepare reports on export activities, costs, and shipment performance.

• Suggest improvements to the export process.

Import Operations:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders.

• Prepare and review import documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading).

• Work with customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance for international shipments.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and duties.

Export Operations:

• Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders for export activities.

• Prepare and review export documentation and ensure timely shipment processes.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and duties.

Other Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, warehouse, finance) to ensure proper inventory management and shipment scheduling.

• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain management.
