Hotel Revenue Director (Remote)

Umbrella Fund is seeking a Hotel Revenue Director to maximize revenue and profitability for hotel and resort properties. This remote, full-time role requires expertise in revenue management, pricing strategies, and data analysis to drive financial success. You will work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of a global hospitality portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, occupancy, and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).

  • Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Analyze historical data, booking patterns, and forecasts to make data-driven decisions on pricing and inventory allocation.

  • Manage room inventory across distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct bookings) to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to create promotional offers and campaigns that drive revenue.

  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review performance and adjust strategies.

  • Utilize revenue management software to generate reports, analyze data, and optimize strategies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in revenue management.

  • Provide training and support to hotel staff on revenue management tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in hotel revenue management with a strong track record of optimizing revenue and profitability.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and revenue forecasting.

  • In-depth understanding of pricing strategies, distribution channels, and revenue optimization techniques in the hospitality industry.

  • Familiarity with revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and central reservation systems (CRS).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
