We’re seeking a Finance & Compliance Officer to join our Currency Technology division in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about finance, compliance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced international environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting activities and assist senior accountants to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain compliance with local financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

  • Collaborate with external auditors (statutory and internal) for timely audit completion.

  • Support financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

  • Assist with tax reporting, statutory filings, and regulatory documentation.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of financial policies and procedures.

  • Perform monthly expense analyses and provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely collections and healthy cash flow.

  • Engage with our Middle East & Africa (MEA) Hub and G+D CT FZE branches.

  • Take part in special financial and operational projects as directed by management.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

  • Strong understanding of local UAE tax and financial regulations.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
