The company spans various industries, including HealthTech, IoT, Smart Mobility, and Retail. With an expanding international presence, including a new regional office in Cairo, Egypt, NEXT Munich is now looking to expand further into the Dubai market.


Role Overview:

NEXT Munich is seeking a Freelance Business Development Consultant to spearhead their market entry in Dubai and support long-term growth initiatives across the MENA region. This position goes beyond typical sales roles and focuses on shaping the company’s presence in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, local market knowledge, and the ability to form impactful client partnerships in high-growth industries like FinTech, Real Estate, and HealthTech.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Company in Dubai: Serve as the official representative and local presence for the company in Dubai during the first 6–12 months.

  • Client Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with high-potential clients, strategic partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders.

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Drive lead generation and qualification efforts in high-growth industries, particularly in FinTech, Real Estate, and HealthTech.

  • Attend Industry Events: Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build and promote the brand.

  • Market Intelligence: Provide timely and actionable market intelligence to support the company’s go-to-market strategy.

  • Client Onboarding & Conversion: Collaborate with the Munich HQ to convert leads into active projects and ensure seamless client onboarding.


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships in the tech, digital, or agency sectors.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage).

  • Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dubai’s business and tech ecosystem, with engagement in industry events such as GITEX and the STEP Conference.

  • Consultative Sales Success: Proven success in consultative sales within custom software, mobile app development, or digital solutions environments.

  • Motivation & Independence: Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and self-sufficient with a passion for delivering measurable results.

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to navigate cultural nuances and align with client expectations across the MENA region.


Compensation & Engagement Model:

  • Base Retainer: Modest monthly base retainer to support essential efforts.

  • High-Commission Model: Success-based incentives linked to deal value and client retention.

  • Transparent Rewards Structure: Tiered rewards structure based on measurable KPIs and project scale.
