Position Overview:
We are expanding our team in the Dubai office and are seeking Senior Relationship Managers to cover FX and CFDs. The role’s primary responsibility is to manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, offering tailored solutions for FX and CFD trading, while driving new client acquisition and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients trading in FX and CFDs.

  • Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and trading objectives to provide tailored solutions.

  • Regularly communicate with clients to address concerns, provide updates on market trends, and ensure overall satisfaction.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on FX and CFD trading strategies and market trends.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding, account opening, and account maintenance for FX and CFD clients.

• Business Development:

  • Identify and target new clients, expanding the client base and increasing business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

  • Attend industry events and networking activities to promote the company and build new relationships.

About You:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Over 4 years of proven experience in relationship management or account management in FX and CFDs trading.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, FX trading, CFDs, and related products.

  • Proficient in using trading platforms and financial software.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance practices in the financial industry.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.

  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
