Key Responsibilities:

🧭 Travel Planning & Itinerary Design

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and travel goals

• Research and recommend ideal destinations, hotels, and experiences

• Create bespoke travel packages tailored to individual and group needs

📞 Customer Engagement & Support

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey—before, during, and after trips

• Handle inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations with professionalism

💼 Industry Coordination & Negotiation

• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure best-value packages

• Ensure travel arrangements are cost-effective without compromising quality

📚 Documentation & Market Awareness

• Assist clients with visa requirements, insurance, and travel documentation

• Keep abreast of global travel trends, safety advisories, and destination updates

🛠️ Problem Solving & Service Recovery

• Resolve booking or travel-related issues efficiently to maintain a high satisfaction rate

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a travel consultant or agent (preferably in leisure travel)

• Passion for travel and a strong understanding of global destinations and cultures

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

• Proficient in travel booking platforms and software

• Multilingual abilities are a plus

• Currently based in the UAE
