About the Role:

This leadership position is responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with strong commercial acumen, proven team leadership experience, and deep market insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market share, attract new clients, and maximize revenue across the UAE.

  • Lead the commercial department encompassing sales, marketing, and customer service, ensuring cohesive efforts toward business goals.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to guide executive decision-making and product strategy.

  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships that enhance business development and long-term profitability.

  • Optimize pricing models and product portfolio based on market intelligence and financial analysis.

  • Drive performance within the commercial team by setting KPIs, providing mentorship, and cultivating a high-performance culture.

  • Present regular business reports and growth forecasts to the executive leadership team.

  • Champion customer-centric strategies to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial objectives with operational capabilities.
