About the Role:
SoukAlRas.ae is on the lookout for a driven and energetic Seller Acquisition Executive to join our expanding team. In this client-facing role, you’ll play a key part in onboarding new sellers and growing our platform’s product range. If you’re passionate about e-commerce and enjoy building business relationships, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and approach potential sellers in target categories.

Clearly communicate the advantages of selling on SoukAlRas.ae to prospective partners.

Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, including listing products and setting up pricing.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate product uploads.

Monitor seller performance to ensure timely deliveries and product quality standards.

Maintain strong, ongoing communication and support for sellers after onboarding.
Compensation & Incentives

💰 Base Salary: AED 1,500/month

➕ Commission: Earn commission for each seller successfully onboarded and listed

🎯 Performance Incentives: Additional bonuses based on sales milestones and KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Confident in negotiation and business pitching.

Previous experience in e-commerce, sales, or business development is preferred.

Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

Familiarity with the UAE retail or online marketplace landscape is a plus.
