Sharaf DG Energy is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader – Hunting B2B to lead new customer acquisition efforts within the telecom sector. This full-time, on-site position is based in Abu Dhabi and offers an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader to drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing team, and contribute to business expansion.
The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B sales experience in telecom, a strong ability to build strategic relationships, and a passion for developing new business opportunities. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Business Development:
Lead and manage a team of “hunter” sales professionals targeting new telecom clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and customer acquisition goals.
Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and drive deal closures.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
Team Management & Performance Optimization:
Set and track sales targets, coach and mentor team members for performance excellence.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and align strategies.
Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
Ensure CRM tools are effectively used for lead management and sales forecasting.
Analyze sales metrics and develop insights to drive improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams to support sales goals.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Growth:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Offer feedback to enhance product offerings, pricing strategies, and service delivery.
Identify potential partnerships and emerging market opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development within the telecom industry.
Strong background in “hunting” new clients and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Experience leading and managing sales teams effectively.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.
Strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
