Sharaf DG, one of the UAE’s leading retail and distribution groups, is looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Team Leader to manage sales operations at its telecom kiosks. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in telecom or retail sales, who is ready to lead a team, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. The Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the kiosk, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with telecom regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives at the kiosk.

Provide training and mentorship to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
-
Monitor and evaluate performance, providing regular coaching and constructive feedback.
-
Motivate the team to exceed sales targets and maintain high morale.
Sales & Business Development:
-
Drive sales of telecom products including SIM cards, mobile and internet plans, and accessories.

Execute strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates.
-
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
-
Ensure all sales activities are aligned with company KPIs.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Enhance the brand’s image through customer interaction.

Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly.
Operations & Compliance:

Oversee daily kiosk operations including POS transactions and inventory control.

Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations.

Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Reporting & Coordination:

Generate and analyze daily and weekly sales reports.

Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and operations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest telecom products and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in telecom or retail; at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and lead a high-performing team.
