Teamware Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/SME with subject matter expertise in OBLM, OBP, and OBVAM, specifically in the banking domain. The successful candidate will have 12+ years of relevant experience and will be responsible for driving large-scale transformation projects, particularly in process optimization and banking applications. This role involves working with GTB Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technology teams to understand business requirements and translate them into vendor-specific documents. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and experience in system documentation, integration, and API deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert knowledge on OBVAM, OBP, and OBLM with strong domain expertise in Liquidity Management and Virtual Account Management.

• Business Requirements Analysis: Work closely with GTB Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technology teams to understand business requirements and translate them into vendor-specific documentation.

• Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis: Analyze system issues, participate in root cause analysis, and prioritize solutions in collaboration with vendors.

• Testing & Documentation: Support all testing phases (SIT, regression, performance tuning, and integrations) and document test strategies, scenarios, and data.

• Change Management: Perform impact assessments of change requests on implemented products and assist with production deployments.

• Training & Support: Coordinate product training for business and operations users and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a Postgraduate degree.

• 12+ years of experience in relevant areas with a deep understanding of banking domain concepts.

• Subject Matter Expertise and hands-on experience with OBLM, OBP, and OBVAM.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to prepare system documentation.

• Proven experience in large-scale transformation projects involving process optimization and changes.

• Ability to interpret solution documentation, identify concerns, and recommend solutions.

• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment and document integration and design specifications for large-scale banking applications.

• Experience with deploying and exposing APIs using API Connect.
