Madison Pearl is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President – Project Management for a prestigious client, a pension fund. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience within the Financial Services (FS) industry and be a fluent Arabic speaker. This role involves managing and executing a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Candidates must hold a PMP certification and demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Ensure projects stay within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Delivery Management: Oversee the timely delivery of projects in line with KPIs, SLAs, and project milestones.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and external authorities.
Performance Tracking: Highlight key performance metrics, identify potential challenges, and propose improvement initiatives.
Progress Reporting: Regularly report project progress to the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure transparency and alignment.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with exposure to strategic project implementation and business transformation.
Proven experience in the Financial Services/Consulting industry.
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
PMP Certification.
