Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Calendar & Travel Management: Oversee complex scheduling, coordinate international and domestic travel, and manage logistics.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of executive-level projects, ensuring progress tracking and timely delivery.

Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage executive-level communications, reports, and presentations.

Office & Meeting Management: Organize and prepare for high-level meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-ups.

Problem-Solving & Initiative: Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively provide solutions to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 8 years supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.

Strong business acumen with the ability to work under pressure and excellent attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and scheduling tools.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Experience handling confidential and high-profile information.
-
Proven experience working with and managing the needs of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
-
Native English speaker required.
