Role Description
As a Freelance Business Development Consultant based in Dubai, you will drive the company’s market entry and long-term growth initiatives in the region. This senior-level role involves shaping the company’s presence, identifying and engaging high-potential clients, and establishing strategic partnerships. Your focus will be on driving lead generation, supporting market strategies, and representing the company at industry events in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Entry Strategy: Serve as the company’s official representative in Dubai for the first 6-12 months.

Client Relationship Development: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients and strategic partners in FinTech, Real Estate, and HealthTech sectors.

Lead Generation: Drive lead generation and qualification efforts, ensuring high-quality pipeline development.

Industry Representation: Attend and represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences (e.g., GITEX, STEP Conference), and client meetings.

Market Intelligence: Provide actionable insights on market trends and dynamics to support the company’s go-to-market strategy.

Collaboration with Munich HQ: Work closely with the Munich headquarters to convert leads into active projects and ensure smooth client onboarding.
Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 8 years in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within the tech, digital, or agency sectors.

Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai’s business and tech ecosystem, actively engaged in industry events like GITEX and STEP Conference.

Sales Expertise: Proven success in consultative sales, particularly in custom software, mobile app, or digital solutions.

Language Skills: Strong command of English (Arabic is a distinct advantage).

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly motivated and self-sufficient, with the ability to operate independently while delivering measurable results.
