About the Role
As the Creative Lead for the Middle East, you’ll shape the visual content strategy across the region, working closely with photographers, videographers, and illustrators to produce market-relevant and creative work. You will play a crucial role in elevating the Getty Images and iStock presence by mentoring talent, driving strategic shoots, and aligning visual trends with commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute a strategic creative vision for the Middle East.

• Act as a creative ambassador to grow Getty Images’ contributor network.

• Collaborate with insights, marketing, and product teams to develop innovative shoot ideas.

• Mentor and support visual creators in the region.

• Analyze performance data to ensure visual content is relevant and high-performing.

• Develop visual narratives aligned with regional and global trends.

• Present ideas clearly through visuals, written briefs, and verbal communication.

• Manage multiple creative projects and partnerships simultaneously.

Who You Are:

• A visionary creative with strong storytelling instincts and an understanding of the cultural pulse of the Middle East.

• Skilled in identifying trends and turning insights into visual campaigns.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about developing new talent and fostering inclusive creative communities.

Requirements:

• Strong background in visual communication, advertising, or content creation.

• Proven leadership in creative team development or mentorship.

• Experience working with photographers, videographers, or illustrators.

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with stock content creation is a plus.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
