InterSystems is seeking a PMO Analyst to coordinate PMO operations, identify opportunities for streamlining internal processes, and support Project Managers in the implementation phases. This role will also involve managing small to medium-sized projects during peak times, offering the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the activities of the PMO in the region.

• Provide guidance on processes and procedures to the Project Management team.

• Track project schedules and budgets, highlight any risks or issues that need to be managed.

• Provide reporting and information to the regional senior management team.

• Carry out project reporting and administration under the direction of the regional Program Director.

• Design and implement new PMO processes and procedures.

• Improve and streamline project management tools (e.g., Project status, scope changes, resource allocation, milestones, Gantt charts, earned value, budget vs. expenditure).

• Maintain documentation library or database to define standards, project documents, and electronic project files.

• Oversee resource availability and allocation, managing project organizational structure.

• Project manage as required by regional management.

• Liaise and co-operate with other regional PMOs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience in a PMO function, with experience in business analysis, process mapping, and optimization.

• Proven ability to learn quickly the specific requirements of complex operations.

• Strong attention to detail and persistence.

• Good awareness of project/program management methodologies.

• Extensive experience with Project Office Support tools.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
