Role Overview
Our client, a leading name in Facility Management Services, is seeking a detail-driven Assistant Manager – Commercial & Contracts to support business development and commercial operations across the UAE. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, this role is integral to pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and supporting growth opportunities across key projects.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and reviewing pricing models, proposals, and commercial documents.

Collaborate closely with the BD team to drive opportunities from pre-qualification to final contract closure.

Support the negotiation and finalization of commercial terms for facility management contracts.

Provide analysis and reports on costing, profitability, and pricing strategies.

Maintain and update internal systems for tracking bids, contracts, and business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Facilities Services or Construction

In-depth knowledge of contract pricing, cost estimation, and commercial terms

Familiarity with business development processes

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and general MS Office tools

Strong analytical and communication skills
