Job Title: Executive Production Planner

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Production Planner to join our team in the Paper Bag Packaging industry. In this crucial role, you will manage and optimize the production planning process, aligning it with demand forecasts, and ensuring efficient, high-quality production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee production workflows for multiple product lines, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

• Analyze sales forecasts and inventory levels to create optimized production schedules that meet demand.

• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily operations to ensure maximum productivity and minimal delays.

• Ensure the availability of necessary raw materials and equipment to meet production needs.

• Supervise and allocate tasks and shifts to production staff based on workload and timelines.

• Track production activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining product quality.

• Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth workflow.

• Collect and report key production metrics, including finished goods count, defect rates, and resource utilization.

• Prepare and present production performance reports, ideally in Excel format.

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

• Collaborate closely with the quality assurance, warehouse, and procurement departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Contribute to process improvement by continuously refining production planning procedures.

Skills:

• Proven experience in production planning at an executive level, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of production planning principles, process optimization, and quality control standards.

• Proficiency in MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning) systems.

• Expertise in MS Office (especially Excel) and Tally.

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

• Professional certifications in production planning or supply chain (such as APICS/CPIM) are a plus.
