Job Title: Indoor Sales Executive 

Job Description:

We are hiring a driven and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive with hands-on experience in tiles, sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in showroom sales within the UAE, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Arabic to effectively engage a diverse clientele.

As part of our showroom team, you’ll be responsible for guiding customers, recommending suitable products based on their needs, and driving sales conversions. Your product knowledge and people skills will play a crucial role in building lasting customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting tiles, sanitary ware, and bathroom accessories suited to their preferences

• Provide accurate product information and professional advice based on customer needs and design trends

• Maintain a high standard of product presentation and in-showroom displays

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products and industry trends

• Deliver excellent customer service by adopting a “customer-first” sales approach

• Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business

• Handle order processing, quotations, and basic follow-ups on leads and inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE showroom sales experience in tiles and sanitary ware

• Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory; English and Hindi are an added advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, customer-focused approach

• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer engagement strategies

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment

• Full-time availability; must be based in the UAE

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,500 per month (based on experience)
