Job Description:
LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The Project Coordinator will manage key client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope. The role involves coordinating internal resources, third parties/vendors, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work on multiple projects simultaneously, including large accounts such as Tier 1 financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for successful project delivery.

Ensure all projects are completed within the defined timeline and budget.

Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Allocate resources efficiently and delegate tasks according to team members’ strengths and skills.

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and share updates with clients and project teams.

Meet with clients to clarify project requirements and document them accurately.

Report on project status and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform risk management to identify and minimize potential project risks.

Prepare and manage project milestones and adjust timelines as needed.

Ensure adherence to budgeting and financial delivery standards.
Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and delivery/collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint).

Experience in business analysis, including data analysis, process modeling, and solution validation.

University degree or equivalent experience.

Excellent communication skills (both client-facing and internal), with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

Strong presentation skills and proficiency in written and verbal communication.

Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Experience in budgeting and financial delivery management.

Familiarity with process, performance, and continuous improvement methods.
Desirable:

Previous experience with LexisNexis Risk Solutions products.

Experience in complex technical implementation programs at financial institutions.

Additional language skills are a plus.
