Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Academy team in Al Shawamekh, Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, players, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The successful candidate will also support operational functions, particularly on match days, to ensure the seamless delivery of events and daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:

Greet visitors, players, and staff with a professional and friendly attitude.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.

Maintain an organized and clean reception area.

Log visitors and issue passes as required.
-
Schedule appointments and manage bookings for meeting rooms.
Administrative Support:

Perform clerical tasks including scanning, filing, data entry, and photocopying.

Manage office supply inventory and orders.
-
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.
Operations Support (Match Days):

Assist with logistics and preparations for match days.
-
Support administrative needs during matches including entry list management and VIP coordination.

Enforce and support security and safety protocols.

Liaise with staff, security, and guests for smooth operations.
Key Relationships:

Internal: Coaching staff, operational personnel, sports science and medical teams, players.

External: Parents, UAE FA, UAE Pro League representatives.
Essential Requirements:

Currently residing in Al Shawamekh, Abu Dhabi.

Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Prior experience in reception or hospitality roles, preferably in a sports environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with Middle Eastern cultural dynamics.

Additional language skills, such as French.

Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-focused.

Strong integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Safeguarding Commitment: All roles interacting with children are subject to a local police check. Staff are expected to fully adhere to our safeguarding policies and procedures.
What We Offer:

Competitive salary: AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
