Job Description:

Offculture is seeking an AI Photographer to join its creative team. This is not your typical photography role; it combines technical skill, imagination, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling. In this role, you will use AI tools to generate emotionally charged and genre-bending visuals that push the boundaries of conventional photography. The goal is to create visually compelling stories that align with clients’ brand strategies and help define their identity in the market.

Responsibilities:

• AI-Generated Visuals:

  • Create emotionally resonant AI-generated images that challenge conventional visual norms and push boundaries.

  • Develop visual treatments and concepts that align with client narratives and brand strategy.

• Collaboration & Concepting:

  • Work with creative teams (strategists, writers, art directors) to shape brand identities through images.

  • Translate abstract ideas into compelling image libraries and visual storyboards.

• Creative Exploration:

  • Use AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, and Runway to craft original scenes, portraits, campaign visuals, and storyboards.

  • Stay up to date with AI tools, photography trends, and cultural aesthetics to maintain cutting-edge visual standards.

• Execution & Direction:

  • Work independently, taking ownership of creative direction and execution.

  • Contribute to the development of imagery that disrupts traditional photography and visual art.

Qualifications:

• Creative Skills:

  • Strong eye for mood, tone, composition, and detail in visual arts.

  • A portfolio demonstrating emotional range, conceptual thinking, and originality.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Deep familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway, etc.

  • Background in photography, visual arts, or design (formal or self-taught). A focus on taste over formal education is emphasized.

• Passion for Storytelling:

  • Obsession with the future of creativity, visual culture, and brand storytelling.

  • Ability to work independently and lead creative direction for projects.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Animation or motion experience using AI tools.

• Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or culturally driven brands.
