The Skywards Commercial Manager (Air Partners) will be responsible for managing Emirates’ airline partnership portfolio, including the initiation, negotiation, and management of new partners, as well as the day-to-day management of existing partners. The role aims to maximize revenue through strategic partnerships, ensuring seamless member experience and business evolution to meet changing needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Skywards Airline Partnerships, including identifying and securing new opportunities and managing ongoing partnerships.

Lead negotiations and oversee the contracting, technical setup, and marketing activities related to new partners.

Monitor partnership performance, analyze agreements, and adjust rates to maximize revenue.

Manage day-to-day activities such as reporting, communications, problem solving, and legal tasks.

Contribute to forecasting, target setting, and budget processes, and analyze partnership performance to identify potential opportunities.

Work cross-functionally to implement new products and initiatives, track progress on partner implementation, and support stakeholders with regular updates.

Participate in strategic projects such as digital reward automation and system integrations.

Review competitor partnerships to provide actionable recommendations and stay ahead of industry trends.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to run campaigns that maximize partnership awareness and revenue.

Improve internal processes and documentation to support operations and maintain effective partner relationships.

Coach and develop team members, ensuring objectives are met and skills are aligned with their roles.
Job Requirements:

Degree or Honours in Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales, with at least 5 years in a senior role in airline management, loyalty marketing, or partner management.

Strong track record in managing partnership portfolios and delivering results.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively.

Strong commercial awareness and solid analytical skills for interpreting data and driving business decisions.
