Bank of America is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Management and banking team in their Dubai office. The role involves managing diaries, organizing meetings, handling sensitive information, and providing proactive support to senior individuals in a fast-paced, corporate banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and organize internal/external meetings.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential materials and information.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and their assistants.

  • Manage phone calls and emails, prioritizing and responding where appropriate.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking and ensuring visa arrangements.

  • Arrange conference calls and video conferences.

  • Handle expenses using internal systems like Concur, and manage out-of-policy expenses.

  • Utilize internal systems such as Concur, iTrack forms, and Salesforce.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, and preferably Arabic.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role, preferably in Corporate or Investment Banking.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting schedules.

  • Proactive, independent, and a team player.

  • Experience in client-facing roles.

  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle overtime or out-of-hours work.

  • A calm, professional attitude with accuracy and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

  • Full-time position.
