• Qualcomm is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to join their AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on bridging Qualcomm’s AI solutions with the developer community, fostering engagement, and creating technical resources. The ideal candidate should have a background in software engineering and AI/ML, with strong communication skills and a passion for building communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developer Engagement:
  Engage with developers to build solutions using Qualcomm’s Cloud AI and Edge AI technologies. Advocate for Qualcomm’s technologies and deliver tech talks at conferences and meet-ups.

• Solution Development:
  Drive development of innovative solutions in collaboration with developers, system integrators (SIs), and ISVs.

• Technical Support:
  Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for developers using Qualcomm technologies.

• Community Building:
  Foster a vibrant AI/ML developer community through events, webinars, and online forums.

• Content Creation:
  Create technical documentation, tutorials, and sample code to assist developers.

• Feedback Loop:
  Collect and relay feedback from developers to internal teams for product improvements.

• Ecosystem Development:
  Collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive the adoption of Qualcomm technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, or a related role.

• Strong expertise in AI/ML, hardware and software development, and Qualcomm AI HW platforms.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.

• Proven experience in building and supporting AI/ML developer communities.

• Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and market briefings.
