Emirates Transport, a leader in the Automotive Service, Rental, Transportation & Logistics sectors, is looking for an experienced Executive Secretary to the CHRO. This role is vital in managing complex schedules, handling internal and external communications, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting the CHRO’s strategic objectives.
Core Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between the CHRO and stakeholders, including senior executives and Board Members

Manage and maintain the CHRO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
-
Prepare agendas, briefings, and presentations for meetings and follow-ups
-
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CHRO
-
Organize confidential files and ensure accessibility
-
Coordinate communication with Board Members, consultants, and stakeholders
-
Draft, review, and edit official communications, reports, and presentations
-
Organize records, manage logistics for meetings, and handle administrative tasks
-
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
-
5-7 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to C-level executives
-
Proven experience managing external communications with high-level stakeholders, including Board Members
