• Leaders Advocates is seeking a skilled Legal Researcher to join their team, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role involves preparing corporate and legal documents, conducting legal research on UAE laws, and supporting lawyers in strengthening cases for trial proceedings.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain corporate and legal documents, resolutions, and minutes of meetings

• Read materials for trial proceedings, including documents and evidence, and verify factual information

• Conduct legal research on UAE laws

• Communicate with lawyers and clients to keep everyone updated via email and WhatsApp

• Follow up on police reports and cases

• File cases in all UAE court systems (including all Emirates)

• Carry out orders of the Management

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Must hold a legal higher degree

• Minimum of 2 years of UAE legal experience
