We are seeking a proactive Guest Relations Officer to greet guests, manage smooth check-ins, and create exceptional experiences that encourage positive reviews and repeat visits.
Core Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and friendly greeting

Conduct property walkthroughs to ensure readiness for guest stays

Build rapport with guests to encourage 5-star reviews and repeat visits

Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations from check-in to check-out
-
Address guest requests and operational issues, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and suppliers

Utilize property management tools like Hostaway and Breezeway to manage guest interactions and property tasks
-
Be available for night shifts to accommodate late-night check-ins
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer, preferably in 5-star hotels or holiday homes in Dubai

Exceptional communication skills in English (Fluency in Arabic is ideal)

Experience in handling guest interactions that lead to positive reviews and returning guests

Comfortable working independently while being part of a team

Flexibility to work night shifts

Familiarity with property management tools (Hostaway, Breezeway) and DTCM portal for guest registration is a plus
