Job Title: Senior Storekeeper
Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of construction materials and supplies for our ongoing projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in inventory control, supplier coordination, and safety compliance, with a preference for those experienced in the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records with regular stock checks.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries aligned with project timelines.

Generate inventory and usage reports for review by project managers.

Enforce safety standards and protocols within the storage areas.

Ensure materials are stored in compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Supervise and train junior store personnel to ensure efficient operations.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.

Keep the storage facility clean, organized, and fully operational.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in storekeeping, with at least 3 years in the GCC.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in using inventory management software.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Capable of multitasking and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of safety procedures and storage best practices.

Civil engineering industry experience is an advantage.

Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting when required.

Strong time management and adaptability to changing project needs.
