Mashreq Corporate & Investment Banking Group is seeking a Relationship Manager- Business Banking to manage a portfolio of Small Enterprise (SE) clients. The role involves originating new relationships, managing existing clients, and achieving financial and non-financial objectives. The successful candidate will focus on relationship management, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring high-quality portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of Small Enterprise (SE) relationships.

Source new-to-bank customers and generate leads from walk-in customers.

Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to clients.
-
Conduct regular credit facility reviews and recommend appropriate solutions.

Maintain portfolio quality, including KYC reviews and anti-money laundering procedures.

Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to the ME (Medium Enterprise) category.

Achieve financial and non-financial targets set by the bank.

Ensure compliance with regulatory policies, including KYC/AML.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

At least 4 years of relevant banking experience in local or international markets.

MBA, CA, or relevant graduate degree with applicable experience.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-
Banking sales and service experience with proven relationship management capabilities.
-
Ability to manage and enhance customer relationships and portfolios.
