Join a prestigious premium bakery brand in Dubai, specializing in artisanal pastries, breads, and desserts, as the Head Chef of the Bread Section. This role will have you overseeing all aspects of bread production, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and innovation in line with traditional French baking techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

Bread Production Management: Supervise and manage the bread production section, ensuring consistent quality and efficient operations.

Recipe Development: Innovate and develop new bread recipes, focusing on French baking traditions and adapting to seasonal trends.

Bread Preparation: Oversee the preparation of a variety of breads, including sourdough, baguettes, brioche, and others.

Dough Management: Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking processes to achieve optimal flavor and texture.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Experience: At least 7 years of experience in artisan bread baking, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or Head Chef role.

Bread Expertise: Strong understanding of high-volume bakery production, particularly in crafting artisan breads.

Culinary Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.

Creativity & Innovation: Passion for developing new recipes and introducing seasonal variations.
Salary and Benefits:

Salary: AED 10,000 to AED 14,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
