The Senior Manager – Content is responsible for overseeing and delivering creative and innovative marketing strategies through social media and content creation. This includes managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, leading the creative team, and ensuring that the brand’s messaging is consistent across platforms. The role involves working closely with various departments and managing a content team to drive business outcomes through effective social media strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership: Oversee creative content development across social media, ensuring it aligns with the brand narrative and performance marketing goals.

Social Media Strategy: Manage social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. Develop social media content calendars and ensure consistency in tone and messaging across platforms.

Campaign Management: Lead the execution of seasonal and ongoing campaigns, managing budgets, timelines, and delivery of creative content.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the content and social media teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality content aligned with the brand’s objectives.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimize creative strategies.

Community & Crisis Management: Oversee community management and handle crisis communication on social platforms.

Social Listening & Analytics: Utilize social listening tools to monitor consumer sentiment and drive engagement through content optimization.
Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: At least 7 years of experience in social media marketing, account management, or a related field.

Skills: Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Leadership: Experience leading and managing a team of social media professionals.

Technical: Proficiency in social media tools for content scheduling, monitoring, and performance analysis.

Additional Skills: Ability to adapt strategies for both digital and offline channels to achieve business outcomes.
