At Chalhoub Group, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and skilled Executive Assistant to support our CEO and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. With over six decades of excellence in the luxury sector, Chalhoub Group is continuously evolving. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating various tasks, and supporting communication needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and Appointment Management: Effectively manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.

  • Communication Management: Screen and manage incoming calls and correspondence, responding independently when necessary.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, as well as external partners, customers, and suppliers.

  • Document Preparation: Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.

  • Travel Coordination: Work with the travel department to organize the CEO’s travel plans, itineraries, and expenses.

  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing visits, events, and other CEO-related activities.

  • Social Media Support: Help optimize the CEO’s LinkedIn and other platforms for communication and branding.

  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting rooms and attend meetings to take detailed minutes and provide key insights.

  • Copywriting Support: Draft press releases, conference speeches, and other communication materials on behalf of the CEO.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

  • Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Adaptive to changing demands and able to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working under pressure and prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook.

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent proofreading and attention to detail, particularly for executive communication.
