Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales & CRM Intern to support our sales and business development efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in sales strategy, client engagement, and CRM management with a forward-thinking tech company.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social media.

Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and performance reports.

Keep the Bitrix24 CRM system updated with client interactions and sales data.

Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends and opportunities.

Join client meetings, software demos, and internal training sessions.

Follow up with leads to nurture long-term client relationships and support conversion efforts.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Bitrix24 experience is a plus).

Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Proficient in English; Arabic is a bonus.
