The company is expanding in the Middle East with offices in the UAE and KSA.

They are seeking a Project Management Officer for their Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have experience in design or construction projects, be proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office, and possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress, submissions, and ensure alignment with contractual timelines.

• Track project budgets, costs, and overall financial performance.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Maintain project documentation and generate periodic progress reports.

• Promote standardized processes and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in design or construction projects.

• Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), milestones, and project schedules.

• Capable of monitoring project financials and generating reports tailored to management’s requirements.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborative team player with the initiative to follow up with project managers and stakeholders.
