Planet One Group is hiring an Executive Assistant to the Chairman (Projects) to provide high-level coordination and strategic support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and project management skills, operational insight, and experience in handling confidential matters with discretion. This role involves cross-functional coordination, project monitoring, and executive-level support for strategic initiatives across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a key liaison between the Chairman and internal teams, including executives and project leaders.

Track and report on the status of strategic projects using dashboards and timelines.

Conduct research, compile data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Assist in preparing executive summaries, presentations, and briefing materials.

Draft and manage sensitive communications on behalf of the Chairman with utmost confidentiality.

Support business planning, investment reviews, and operational improvement projects.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

5–7 years of experience in an executive assistant or coordination role, preferably in EPC, construction, or education sectors.

Strong understanding of operations and project coordination.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Hindi is a plus).

Professional demeanor with high integrity and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
