Job Title: Remote Sales Professional
Job Description:
AccuTree’s client is revolutionizing accounting and tax services for startups, freelancers, and SMEs in the UAE with AI-powered solutions. Our service takes care of the books, VAT filings, and corporate tax compliance, combining automation with expert support. Due to growing demand, we’re looking for a dynamic and remote Sales Professional to engage with new leads, explain how our service works, and guide them through the sign-up process.
About the Role:
As a Sales Professional, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our leads, including founders, freelancers, and e-commerce sellers. Your role will involve responding quickly to inquiries, conducting discovery calls, and confidently closing sales. While your primary focus will be converting inbound leads, you’ll also engage with past leads, assist with light outbound outreach, and contribute valuable insights to improve our overall sales process. What You’ll Be Doing:

Respond promptly to inbound leads via chat, email, and phone, maintaining professionalism.

Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs and guide them to the right solutions.

Re-engage cold leads and conduct outbound outreach to potential clients.

Clearly explain our services, including bookkeeping, VAT filings, and corporate tax, in simple terms.

Help founders, freelancers, and e-commerce sellers choose the right plan tailored to their needs.

Diligently follow up with leads across multiple channels such as chat, email, WhatsApp, and Zoom.

Track all activities and progress in the CRM, ensuring a well-maintained sales pipeline.

Provide valuable product feedback and customer insights to the team.

Contribute to the improvement of messaging, FAQs, and onboarding processes.
Skills & Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or services).

Comfort and confidence in handling inbound and outbound conversations across chat, email, and Zoom.

Strong written and spoken English — clear, friendly, and confident communication.

Ability to explain complex topics (such as VAT or tax) in an easy-to-understand manner.

Good listening skills, the ability to ask insightful questions, and build trust with clients.

A fast-paced working style — comfortable juggling multiple conversations and tasks.

Highly organized with a strong ability to follow through on every lead.

Experience with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, or Zoho is a plus.

Bonus: Knowledge of the UAE business/tax environment or similar regions; knowledge of Arabic.
