Job Title: Retail Cashier
Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Cashier & Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves more than just handling transactions—it’s about delivering a seamless, positive shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and handle inquiries about product availability, pricing, and general store information with confidence and professionalism.

Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately at the checkout counter, ensuring proper item scanning, pricing, and payment handling.

Maintain an organized and clean checkout area, restocking bags and refreshing merchandise displays as needed.

Ensure the accuracy of all transactions and regularly balance the cash register to maintain register security and financial accuracy.

Upsell and cross-sell products based on strong knowledge of store inventory and customer needs, contributing to increased sales.

Assist in creating a smooth customer experience by resolving concerns, answering questions, and providing excellent service with a friendly attitude.

Adapt quickly to new point-of-sale (POS) systems and store technologies to support operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional attention to detail for scanning and verifying product details and transaction accuracy.

Strong product knowledge and the ability to recommend items that meet customer needs.

Proficient in managing transactions across cash, credit, and debit methods.

Excellent customer service skills—friendly, approachable, and problem-solving oriented.

Fast learner, especially with new POS systems and evolving retail technologies.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience: 0–1 year of retail or cashier experience.

Residence: Based in the United Arab Emirates.

Age Range: 27–35 years.
