Job Title: Senior Industry Solutions Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Industry Solutions Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies for enterprise customers within various industries. This role requires engaging with mid- to senior-level clients and utilizing consultative sales methods to uncover and expand business opportunities. The successful candidate will drive sales by offering Huawei’s product solutions, while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to create customized solutions that meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:

Develop and execute sales strategies targeting industry customers, focusing on consultative sales and uncovering new opportunities.

Leverage Huawei’s product portfolio, ICT integration services, multi-application scenarios, and ICT planning consulting to design tailored solutions for industry clients.

Collaborate with both internal and external resources to craft industry-specific solutions based on customer requirements and industry ecosystem strategies.

Take full responsibility for the quality and customer satisfaction of industry solutions throughout the end-to-end sales and delivery process.

Engage with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction with proposed solutions and service delivery.
Skills & Requirements:

Strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of industry requirements and familiarity with government industry solutions.

In-depth technical knowledge and basic understanding of ICT products, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies such as cloud, AI, and big data.

Ecosystem-oriented thinking, with the ability to design joint solutions with partners to meet customer requirements.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English, with strong logical reasoning.
Professional Knowledge:
-
At least 8 years of working experience, with a deep understanding of public security solutions.

A minimum of 3 years of frontline public security experience in China or 3 years of public security-related work experience internationally.

Extensive customer communication experience, with a strong background in consulting planning, solution design, sales, delivery, and operational management.

Experience within the government industry or ICT supplier/integrator roles is preferred.

Language proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with Arabic language skills being an advantage.
