Amazon is seeking an experienced Hub Channel Team Lead to drive innovation and execution in their fast-paced transportation network. The role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting safety improvements, managing performance, and coaching team members to meet operational KPIs.
Responsibilities:

Manage daily operational duties and deputize for the Operations Manager as needed.

Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Monitor and coach team performance, working with departments to improve logistics processes.
-
Interview candidates for associate roles and monitor workloads.
-
Track and report site performance and metrics to assist the Operations Manager.
-
Help train and mentor new Associates, resolving process-related issues as required.
-
Flexibility to work in different shifts and do overtime when needed.

Manage resourcing and productivity of the department, including training needs, absence management, and coaching.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Experience managing teams.
-
Strong background in planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.

Experience in logistics (preferred).
-
Experience with data analysis (preferred).
