Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Website Ownership: Oversee and continuously optimize our website (walkietalkie.ae) to drive traffic and conversions.

SEO & Analytics: Manage all aspects of on-page and off-page SEO, monitor key analytics, and drive performance improvements.

Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and analyze ROI-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms. Efficiently manage ad budgets.

Content Strategy & Creation: Develop fresh content ideas for blogs, campaigns, and social media that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Social Media Leadership: Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn through engaging, consistent content.

Creative Strategy: Collaborate closely with the founder to shape brand direction, marketing strategies, and digital initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

3+ years in digital marketing (preferably in e-commerce or tech)

Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Website management experience using WordPress, Shopify, or similar tools

Content creation experience across blog posts, email marketing, visuals, etc.

Strong command of Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance tools

Ability to manage digital ad budgets effectively for high ROI

Proven ability to grow and engage social media audiences

Excellent communication skills and comfort working with leadership

A creative mindset with a passion for building brands in fast-paced environments
