Job Title: E-Commerce Manager
Job Description:
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online business performance across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong grasp of digital marketing and e-commerce technologies, and is passionate about driving growth for a premium brand.
Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy & Optimization:
Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales, streamline user experience, and enhance website functionality—focusing on site speed, intuitive navigation, and ease of use. -
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Analyze the sales funnel, identify drop-off points, and implement data-backed strategies to improve checkout flow and reduce cart abandonment. -
Digital Marketing Leadership:
Manage SEO and SEM strategies, while collaborating with the marketing team to execute paid media campaigns that drive targeted traffic and conversions. -
Content & Product Management:
Ensure product listings, visuals, and descriptions align with the brand’s luxury image. Maintain consistent content and design in partnership with the marketing team. -
Third-party Integrations:
Oversee seamless integration with key partners including payment gateways, shipping/logistics providers, and analytics platforms. -
Customer Experience Oversight:
Partner with the customer care team to personalize the online journey, improve support services, and implement customer retention strategies. -
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to track KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and drive ongoing site optimization. -
Market & Competitor Insights:
Keep an eye on competitor activity, industry trends, and evolving customer behaviors to adapt and refine digital strategies. -
Innovation & Technology Adoption:
Stay ahead of the curve with emerging e-commerce tech—including AI tools, virtual try-ons, personalization engines, and more—to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
Skills & Tools:

Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify

Experience listing and managing products on Shopify, Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms

Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and CRO tools

Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing

Passion for luxury brands and digital innovation
