Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored real estate solutions.

• Property Listings: Assist in listing and promoting properties for sale or rent, ensuring all details are accurate and compelling.

• Market Expertise: Keep up with the latest market trends, property prices, and regulatory changes in the Dubai real estate landscape.

• Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing client questions with confidence.

• Negotiation: Mediate between buyers, sellers, and tenants to secure favorable deals and smooth transactions.

• Documentation: Guide clients through the legal paperwork and contracts required for property transactions, ensuring full compliance.

• Marketing & Outreach: Promote listings through online portals, social media, and professional networks to reach the right audience.

• Customer Service: Offer exceptional service and support throughout the transaction process to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate (Dubai market preferred, but not mandatory)

• Deep understanding of the Dubai property market, trends, and pricing

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a bonus)

• Proficiency in digital tools and marketing platforms

• RERA certification and a UAE driving license are advantages

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Customer-first mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
