Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the financial health of the company by analyzing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports. Your expertise will support top-level management in making informed business decisions, ensuring accurate financial assessments, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports for accuracy and financial integrity.

• Maintain accurate month-end financial records by analyzing and verifying all company financial statements.

• Facilitate a smooth year-end audit process with independent evaluators by providing accurate transaction and balance records.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings to ensure timely and precise financial reporting.

• Provide financial assessments and insights to assist top-level management in making critical business decisions.

• Implement and monitor company financial policies to ensure compliance with regulations across all financial activities.

• Prepare and maintain journal entries for expenses, commissions, and deal files of the company.

• Calculate and file VAT Returns for both the company and personal tax obligations.

• Prepare and file Corporate Tax Returns for the company.

• Issue invoices for the company and ensure timely payments.

• Oversee the company’s AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) policies and ensure all KYC (Know Your Customer) documents are in order.

• Calculate commission payslips for agents and manage salary distribution through the WPS (Wage Protection System).

• Prepare profit and loss (P/L) statements and balance sheets for the company.

Skills & Requirements:

• Educational background in Commerce, Finance, or Economics.

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, including budgeting, cost control, and accounting.

• Proficient in financial analysis, interpretation, and the application of modern accounting techniques.

• Solid understanding of various financial reports and balance sheet preparation.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Suite for preparing reports and statements.

• Strong negotiation skills to build long-term relationships with clients.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
