Bin Hanif Group, a prominent company based in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Road Safety & Diversion Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing effective road safety measures and traffic diversions to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient traffic flow during construction or maintenance projects. This role is critical to minimizing disruptions and safeguarding both workers and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the execution of road safety measures and traffic diversions during road construction and maintenance activities.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement traffic management plans.

• Ensure that safety signage, barriers, and other traffic control devices are installed and maintained according to regulations and safety standards.

• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

• Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure that diversions and road closures are communicated effectively to the public.

• Respond promptly to incidents or accidents on-site, taking corrective action to prevent further disruptions.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety measures are consistently adhered to and report any issues or hazards.

• Prepare detailed reports on traffic management plans, incidents, and site inspections for management and regulatory bodies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in road safety and traffic diversion management.

• In-depth knowledge of traffic safety regulations, construction site safety, and public safety procedures.

• Strong communication skills to liaise with local authorities, team members, and the public.

• Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive and safety-conscious attitude with the ability to enforce compliance.

• A valid driving license and familiarity with the Dubai road network are desirable.
