Ayedh Dejem Group is hiring a Corporate Project & Portfolio Lead to oversee strategic initiatives and project execution within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a PMP certification, a strong background in ERP, IT automation, and hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project tools and Power Platform. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring alignment of corporate goals, KPI tracking, task ownership, automation, and governance across business units.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of cross-departmental strategic projects aligned with corporate KPIs.

Translate business strategies into actionable project plans with measurable outcomes.

Design and automate project processes using Power Automate, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

Ensure accountability, task ownership, and regular performance tracking.

Monitor strategic KPIs and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Support business case reviews and benefit realization throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain governance documentation including dashboards, RAID logs, Gantt charts, and scorecards.

Facilitate stakeholder communication across IT, finance, and executive leadership.

Promote PMO best practices, tools enhancement, and continuous process improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in project/portfolio management within ERP and IT automation, preferably in real estate.

PMP Certification is mandatory; PMO certification is an advantage.

Expertise in Microsoft Project, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and enterprise ERP systems.

Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Proven track record in delivering business value and managing project governance.
