Again Food Global Services is looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement operations across its food, beverage, hospitality, and catering divisions. This full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi requires a seasoned professional to manage supplier relationships, ensure cost-efficient sourcing, and maintain compliance with UAE regulations. The role reports directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor market trends and supplier performance for ongoing improvement.
-
Stay updated on UAE regulations, import/export laws, and food safety standards.

Coordinate procurement needs with chefs and operations teams.
-
Analyze purchasing data and prepare performance reports.
-
Ensure budget compliance and maintain procurement ethics.
-
Supervise and support purchasing staff, including performance evaluations.

Collaborate with finance for invoice reconciliation and vendor payments.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–7 years of relevant purchasing experience in the UAE F&B or hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and procurement laws.

Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
