The Global PPC Lead will spearhead Etihad Airways’ global paid search strategy. This role is responsible for managing the in-house PPC team, optimizing global campaigns, and maximizing ROI across significant budgets. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SEM, a data-driven approach, and a passion for achieving impactful results on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute global PPC strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead and mentor the in-house PPC team, ensuring the application of the latest best practices.

Oversee strategic planning and execution of global PPC campaigns across platforms.

Optimize campaigns through keyword strategy, ad creative, and targeting improvements.

Manage and control PPC budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (Google, Bing, etc.).

Continuously adopt emerging technologies and drive improvements in PPC platforms.

Maintain relationships with external agency and supplier partners.

Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive performance.
Job Requirements:

Minimum of 6-10 years’ experience in digital marketing (SEM, eCommerce, Social, etc.) for globally recognized consumer brands.

Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and agencies.

Expertise in web analytics platforms (Adobe, Google Analytics, SA360).

Strong data analysis skills with actionable insights.
-
Proficiency with third-party bidding tools like Marin, Kenshoo, or SA360.

Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
