The Assistant Front Desk Manager at Marriott Al Forsan will oversee guest check-ins, payments, and room assignments while ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves managing guest requests, supervising front desk staff, and adhering to company policies. The ideal candidate has at least one year of supervisory experience and a strong customer service background.
Key Responsibilities:

Process guest check-ins, verify identity, payment methods, assign rooms, and issue room keys.

Ensure accurate guest accounts and billing, process payments, and handle exceptions.

Review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists; complete cashier and closing reports.

Address guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Assist in training, motivating, and coaching front desk employees.

Uphold company policies and procedures; maintain safety and confidentiality standards.

Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Ability to work with computers and POS systems.

Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
