Recruitment Specialist

PARIS GROUP is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes within the VP’s Office. This proactive, results-driven role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various departments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job postings, attract candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring the right candidates are hired within the set timeline.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet both current and future staffing needs.

  • Review candidates’ applications and job requisitions to match candidates with job requirements.

  • Use multiple sourcing channels such as databases, networking, job portals, media ads, and employee referrals to find qualified candidates.

  • Apply Boolean search and keywords for screening resumes.

  • Interview candidates to assess work history, education, and skills.

  • Recommend candidates for hire or refer them to hiring managers.

  • Provide candidates with job details such as responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and working conditions.

  • Keep candidates updated on the status of their applications.

  • Conduct background and reference checks on candidates.

  • Prepare and communicate job offers to selected candidates.

  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE labor market.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including interviewing and onboarding, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter search functionalities.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS, and other HR software.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Passionate about finding top talent and ensuring a positive hiring experience.
